Vaishali, F.C. Road.

Now, lets discuss about one of the most famous hotels in Pune.

It's none other than Vaishali.

On F.C. road, it's a great place for having authentic South indian dishes. I personally feel that the upma/idli sambar available here is far much better than any hotel in south india. U'll also find a variety of dosas, utappas, sandwitches & milkshakes. Mouthwatering, chatpata chaat is also a speciality of Vaishali

People visit this place from all over the world and this place is recommended to almost all the foreigners by tourism agernts.If asked to describe this place in a single word, it would simply be "euphoric". Though it has a great competition by other south indian restaurants on FC road, it hardly matters..

Merits:
1. Awesome ambience.
(the fish tank and the plants are good turn ONs)
2. Great location.
(there can't be a better location than F.C. rd.)
3. Nice crowd.
4. Quick service.
5. Lot of variety in foodstuffs in each category.

Demerits:
1. Open uptill 11pm only.
2. Always crowded.
(u'll never get place in less than 10-15 minutes
and sometimes may take more than half an hour)
3. Only snacks avalable.
(so, u can't have a lunch or dinner here)
4. Costly.
(A dosa/utappa/milkshake costs about Rs.45-Rs.60
which is almost twice/thrice than other places i know..
Every time i go there, i end up shelling out more than Rs.100)
